Randy, the salesperson who helped me, scanned my feet, went over the results with me, and chose a few pair of shoes for me to try. I was impressed by the foot scanning technology. It seemed like the kind of thing someone might expect if they were buying a pair of high-end running shoes, but I wasn't expecting this kind of analysis when I was just buying walking shoes. I appreciated Randy's helpfulness and professionalism even more than the cool technology. He asked questions and listened—really listened—to my answers. He listened to the comments I made about each pair of shoes that I tried and how they fit. He clearly seemed interested in finding the solution that was best for me and was willing to take the time to do it right. I'm very happy with the shoes and insoles that I bought. The cost ended up being about what I expected and what I was ready to pay for good quality shoes. The most valuable part of the experience is knowing that I found the right shoes for my needs, not just a high quality or well known brand. The technology that you use was great, but Randy's help was the most important part of the experience.”
