“I've had two shipment come in via YRC in the last week. One to my door and the other picked up at the dock. Truck delivery they called and told me when it would be delivered and the driver (?) called when he was about 30 minutes away. No issues and he placed the pallet where we wanted. Dock pickup in Marietta went just as smooth. They called to let me know the pallet was there and scheduled a pickup day. Lady at the gate was very pleasant and directed us where to go. Inside, Sonya was very polite. Had me sign a paper and directed me around back where within 5 minutes a gentleman had the pallet loaded in my truck and ready to go. Positive experience all around.”

“I just went in to place a to-go order and was treated like family.it was a large order and they said it would take about 10 or 15 minutes to get ready so they insisted I sit down and enjoy some chips and salsa while I wait. The food is excellent the atmosphere is great the music is awesome. Plenty of space if you have a big event. I will be back.”

“Since this location opened, my family and I have ordered from this Zaxbys location at least 90-100 times or more. I usually utilize the drive through and 99% of the time the order is correct. Once, maybe twice, I may not have received a particular sauce I've ordered as an extra. Again, this is a very low % overall. I will say the same as another reviewer:. I have, on occasion, received "old" toast. Pieces that were COMPLETELY hard and could make a "knocking" sound on any surface. That's a little annoying because the toast is so hard that we know whoever put the toast in the box KNEW it wasn't longer ready to serve. It's bad when one meal gets toast, but it's even worse when all 3 dinners turn out to have old hard slices of toast AND when you've ordered an entire basket of toast and all 6 halves/3 full slices have to be thrown out... And they do have to be discarded as they are not edible once they've dried out and have become completely hard. They are a bit stingy with the napkins! Every employee I've ever encountered at this location has been a customer's dream! All very professional and genuinely friendly.”
