My trainer Sharon is awesome and so are all the other trainers. The owner Nicole is a very kind soul. It's like a family atmosphere there, something you don't get at the big box gyms. They offer small group training and also have other wellness services. I've done the foot detox, the massage chair and the cupping and all of it has helped me feel better (I suffer from chronic back pain). “Small , clean, professional and affordable. Had haircut by Norma, I think she is the owner very professional, listen to my preferences and offer suggestions. Had a mess of a hair and she offered to style it and cut with length. Even offered for me to test it out for several days , offered to cut it shorter if I was not happy with the look. Decided to go short and she gave me an amazing cut , super happy with the results. Will definitely recommend, but not to much don’t want to lose my favorite stylist.”
