(September 16, 2022, 10:24 am)I had the best experience with one of the pharmacy techs in Newnan. I believe her name is Lauri. I have been having the worst time trying to get a refill of my prescription with my doctors and getting in communication with them. She took my phone number and called the pharmacy in Peachtree City for me and she even said she would call my doctor if she couldn’t get a response. She was the most helpful and kind person I have spoken to this whole week! I am so thankful for her customer service and kindness!

(February 10, 2022, 4:22 pm)The pharmacist I spoke to yesterday Feb 9 around 2:30pm at the Hwy 34 Newnan Ga location (I can’t remember his name unfortunately!!! He was a younger Black gentleman) was SO kind, patient, and informative. He really took the time to explain my medication to me because it was my first time taking a higher dose of Adderall. He said I would absolutely lose my appetite and advised me to eat 30 mins before taking the medication and wow, he was right! I feel like he really cared about my overall well-being. I hope to see him again whenever I return. Please give him recognition for the amazing work he is doing! I also spoke to the same lady 3 times if I’m not mistaken (younger white blonde woman, I’m terrible with names!), twice over the phone then she was working the pharmacy register when I arrived. She was so pleasant!!! I did not feel rushed or unappreciated as a customer and it really helped me feel better about taking a higher dosage of a new medication that I was apprehensive about. She also processed a coupon for me with no issue. I’ll be transferring all my Rxs to this location!
