CrossFit Higher Ground

This community has made working out fun again for me. The coaches are attentive and professional, and always make time to give feedback. All of the members are welcoming- I have never been in a gym environment so inclusive. Very happy to have found CFHG.

I started with CrossFit Higher Ground back in May after having read the many positive reviews. Excellent customer service is huge for me and I must say CrossFit Higher Ground did not disappoint. Right away I was welcomed by the coaches and members. The coaching is amazing and the coaches work with you on scaling workouts if needed based on your ability. In the few months I’ve been a member, I’ve improved in my fitness not just because of my own personal dedication but because of the encouragement and push I’ve received from the coaches and members. Some days/workouts are harder than others but I appreciate that I’m pushed out of my comfort zone. The energy in the gym is always positive, which makes it a great environment. I highly recommend CrossFit Higher Ground to anyone interested in CrossFit and who like me, values positive energy and consistent encouragement to be as fit as possible.

I really enjoy working out at Higher Ground they make the box feel like a small close family. When I first started working out at Higher Ground I was nervous because I did not understand a lot of the movement that comes with cross fit. I was use to traditional gym lifting but coach Toni and Cole are great and quickly put my mind at ease as they made me feel at home from day one. All of the members were more than willing to step in and assist as well if they seen you were in need of assistance trying to perform the movements correctly. If you are ever in the area please stop in and check them out you will not be disappointed.

CrossFit Higher Ground has made a positive impact on my life. The community atmosphere and the support from the coaches have allowed me to get the most out my daily workouts. Over the two years of being a part of this great community, I can personally see results in my fitness level. The coaches push you each day to become a better athlete but also help you set personal and fitness goals each year. I recommend CFHG to anyone who is thinking about joining a local gym.
