I have to disagree with these bad reviews EVERYONE from the front desk (Tracey) to the nurse was extremely kind and extremely helpful. I was never made to feel like they were talking about me I felt so comfortable which is why I chose to go here permanently. If you are looking for help don’t wait and waste your life and money on the streets I waited to long years thinking I needed to go to a clinic and finally started 2 years ago and life has changed for the better and it will for you too. All that said I agree with another reviewer that once you start this your stuck BUT it’s better than looking on the streets for pills etc... your can change your life for the better with MAT it was the right choice for me don’t keep waiting start today!”

“We were pretty upset when we first arrived at Avalon because It turned out to be primarily a nursing home not the rehab resource we needed - we thought. Our 99 yr old mother was ordered into rehab after a minor stroke last month so Avalon was a shocker to us! It took a couple of days for us to see this diamond in the rough. It is clean, the food is pretty good but most of all the everyday staff is exceptional and the rehab specialists were wonderful. Patient, caring, helpful to the family and to the patient. Yes, it is an older nursing home with old cheap blinds, needs a new coat of paint, rooms are very small with miss-matched furniture and it has many patients, some very helpless, in wheelchairs in the halls during the day but don't judge this book by its cover. I gave it 4 stars, not 5 because the management was less than friendly and hardly ever seen. The staff is what counts and they carried the day. A special thanks to Jemeka!”

“I don't shop here much because of it's location vs where I live. Though I must admit the store is clean and organized. They have competitive prices and great selection. Custom service was really good and fast. Beverages were extremely cold. For those who like to gamble, there's video slot machines. I'm not a big fan of the fuel that is offered, though I will say the pumps were busy with those who do like the brand. Restroom is unisex and you have to ask for the key. If I'm ever in the area again I will shop there for sure.”

“When we returned from living in Singapore three years ago, we did some "church shopping" here in Newnan. This church is the real deal. The pastor's sermons are Bible based, which was extremely important to us. So many of their ministries reach and serve Coweta in the schools, fire/police stations, supporting foster care families, a food pantry and community garden. We are in a small groups where we are encouraged and learn together, actually taking practical steps to grow spiritually and find a place to help out (serve) others. If you are "church shopping" as we were and looking for a committed loving church family with a heart for Coweta County...check us out.”
