While I have not used their services, I have requested their services twice before and the reason I did not pursue services was firstly because I was waiting to finish my current VA Claim and when I came back for the second service I had more issues including DoD challenges and S&S directed me to more qualified representatives. They have been incredibly helpful and understanding given I did not use their services.
