Smugs Fitness

Sam and his entire team over at Smugs Fitness have an incredible depth of knowledge when it comes to building stronger, more resilient humans. A great group of coaches who care deeply about the clients they serve!

This is one the best fitness teams in Atlanta. If you have a goal, they can help you reach it from strength, mobility, aesthetics, kettlebells, and the list goes on. I have been with the Smugs Team since 2013 and recommend them to anyone looking for personal or small group training.

I've been a Smugs member for almost 2 years now and I'm so glad I joined when I moved back to Atlanta. Classes are small and really personalized, the coaches are great and Sam and his team really invest in every member at the gym.

Love Sam, Kory, and the crew at Smugs! Worked out with them for a year and felt strong and healthy after every session. Not only with the weight lifting, but also with the nutrition help provided by them. Always listening to my concerns and answering my questions. They even made a custom workout for me me when I had an injury and couldn’t do most of the original workouts. Only reason I don’t go there now is because I live and work 45mins away now. Hope to go back eventually!
