I had a storage unit with life storage in Tarpon springs for over 3 yrs (5/2017 to 10/2021) I had to do a sudden move to west coast and stored my most valued possessions there. They had great communication, let me know promptly when there were any changes. I felt safe having my worldly possessions there despite not being able to check on them or go to the unit for multiple years. The unit was spacious, clean, climate controlled and had nice security features on property. The property is well maintained and looks the same, clean tidy and safe as it did when I moved my stuff in. The location never experienced any bugs or flooding in the 3 yrs my stuff was there. When my storage unit was opened 3 yrs later (10/2021) it looked like it had been hermetically sealed. There wasn’t even dust on my stuff. Shout out to Chris: he was super helpful with the move out since I was coordinating it from over 3000 miles away. He was very patient, helpful and informative despite the debacle with my storage container and the whole move out. STORE YOUR STUFF HERE! YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED!”
