I have been a State Farm customer since 1989 and everyone I've worked with are just outstanding in every way! They're immediately responsive, and they see issues and requests from my point of view, not just corporate. Each one is customer-centric. They all work to get me the fairest and best prices and they don't promise more than they can deliver.
While I've had a few agents over the years that have all been great - the best part about State Farm are their Service Agents and Hannah Fitts is fabulous! She works hard to help me find the best discounts for us. She keeps me informed and is knowledgeable, patient and persistent. Plus she's just sweet, kind and caring!
I started with State Farm for the value, and have never thought of leaving because of the service!

State Farm is at it again! Just when I was thinking of changing home insurance, Drew McGlamory called about my Life Ins. He wanted to go over it to see if any updates needed to be made (I've had the same plan for years). And, to see if I needed any other plans. He was so patient and thorough with all the details and he easily answered all my questions. I walked away with an updated Life plan AND an Auto & Homeowners plan. His call was right on time! I switched my car and home insurance to state farm and I believe I'm getting better quality for a great price. David Still took time to explain my options and what they have to offer me. The coverage offers much more than the last insurance company, had I switched sooner it would have saved me a fortune on a new sewer line. It's comforting to know that in the future I'm covered.

I have always been very skeptical of insurance companies but the first time I spoke with Brian he assured me I was with the right company.
