Amazing customer service. My calls were answered immediately, and my pods were picked up at the exact time quoted. I will definitely use again in the future and highly recommend for anyone embarking on a big move.

Our stuff left Utah on a Friday night and Got to Georgia on Tuesday night. But we where not there yet but they held on to it for free and delivered it a week later. Super easy and all our stuff got here in one peace! Very easy!

Upack was wonderful to experience. They called me before pick up and drop off. They coordinated with me to ensure that my cube got there when I was there. You get 2-3 days to load and unload. This worked good for me, but others may need more time. It was also easy to request final pick up online as well.Most importantly, none of my items were damaged when I unloaded them after a trip from GA to TN.

We moved from Atlanta to Miami using a u-Pack pod. Every person I spoke with from beginning to end was PROFESSIONAL, knowledgeable, accurate and when we ran into some issues with our building in Miami no accepting pod deliveries, they were compassionate and extremely creative in helping us make it happen. I can't say enough about all the employees, delivery drivers and labor, everyone was amazing and I would NEVER hesitate to use them again!

I had a great experience. Number one rule is be organized and communicate with U-Pack. They showed up on-time and guided me through the "how to use the cube". The move was smooth out-of-state. Communication is key, pack your stuff up with quality packing materials and do research on how to pack the cube. Don't blame movers or U-Pack if you just throw your stuff in cube. My destination office was also professional. I was skeptical due to reviews but all I can say is that I had a great experience. I would recommend.
