(July 2, 2019, 4:56 pm)I purchased a ladder rack for my 2016 ProMaster and had them install it. They seemed really nice and answered any question I asked. The only downside was I had to adjust the top where the ladder sits myself. This is something I would have expected them to do but I don't think it should affect the amount of stars. The was friendly and I purchased the ladder rack and had it installed for the same price other competitors were trying to sell just the rack for!! Amazing deal.

(August 17, 2017, 3:26 pm)Went the extra mile. When they did not have the part they called around and gave us other potential stores and phone numbers/addresses. We found the trailer adapter we needed and did not waste a 300 mile trip to pick up our daughter's car.
