I highly recommend Dr. Houston's naturopathic approach for holistic healing! I had a comprehensive health assessment with Dr. Houston and it was tremendously satisfying and beneficial. I was expecting, even desiring a more conventional method, but I now appreciate the holistic approach because of her patience, consideration, and work towards me as not only her patient, but as a fellow human being. I participated in Dr. T's Detox Style course in January 2020. It was so much more than I expected it to be. Dr. T is very knowledgeable about the types of toxins that affect our lives , from head to foot, soup to nuts, teeth to toes.and where we cook our meals , and lay our heads. I was astonished at what I had been living with in my environment. Dr. T provided the medical/pharmaceutical information in an easy to understand format and at the end of each lesson she gave suggestions for corrective action. Since taking this course I have changed to a more plant based eating style and I am slowly replacing facial cleansers, toothpaste, deodorant , and cleaning products to more natural(less toxic) products .I recommend this course and Dr. T's book "Detox Style..."which is a great reference for changing to a more holistic lifestyle., to anyone wanting to get on the path to wellness..

Even doctors need a doctor. I am grateful for Dr. Houston. She was able to provide services for me as a patient despite the time zone differences, my reluctancy to do things differently, and remind me that in order to help my patients I had to help myself. Her caring demeanor and professionalism is bar none. She listens and works with her patients while holding them accountable. She not only addresses the physical portion of health but the mental portion of health as well. She provides a thorough assessment and follows up with a phone call before even starting treatment. She then makes recommendations for care and follows up to see what the challenges and successes were. Dr. Houston is not just a doctor but an accountability partner.
