(December 28, 2019, 12:08 pm)I'm a little sad I dont live in Decatur, this has been one of my favorite studios I've visited. My sister and I took three of the All Levels classes while visting with three different teachers. Each class was completely unique while still offering a wonderful blend of flow and more restorative postures. The teachers were genuine and helpful with their practices, the space was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. I practice yoga ridiculously regularly while my sister takes classes quite sporadically and both of us fell in love with the space. Thanks for having us, Vista!

(April 29, 2017, 1:21 am)I absolutely love yin yoga with sheila! She made me feel so welcome and helped with poses. She is a wonderful teacher. Also the front desk staff particularly caroline is also nice. It's a very warm and welcoming environment, they also have lots of mats and props that you can use, very spacious. The overall atmosphere is one of peace and tranquility.
