  I started seeing Sam Gillespie for achilles tendon pain due to running. I started seeing improvements after a few sessions and am now running pain free. He did a great job explaining some of the reasons why I was getting injured and how we might fix them. I would get a follow up email after every session with exercises I could do at home and the gym to continue my progress. Claire at the front was always super friendly and helpful in getting appointments scheduled. I have a better understanding of how my body moves and functions and can now enjoy my favorite exercise without pain.

  I started seeing Andrew Lengerich after a sharp shoulder/neck pain was keeping me from my normal physical activities. He was easy to book with, a great communicator, and quick to help diagnose what could be going on and come up with a treatment plan. A combination of dry needling, exercise, and sports massage provided relief even after my first session. I've progressed so quickly over a month and am thrilled that with Andrew's help, it seems I will be back to 100% after a few weeks of working together.

  I came to the team at Athlete's Potential when calf pain was disrupting my enjoyment of my daily runs. Within a couple sessions of working with Dr. Sam, the pain was gone and I had a lot of great exercises to improve my overall running and stride that I'll continue using to supplement my runs. I was really impressed with the knowledge base and the success of treatment. I would definitely recommend!

  I came to Athletes' Potential with knee pain that was preventing me from running and doing the strength work that I wanted to in the gym. I worked with Sam Gillespie and it was a great experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and really provides a personalized rehab plan. We worked on how to modify the exercises I currently do to help rehab the knee. After a few sessions the knee was feeling great so we moved onto the shoulder. Again, the same great experience. Their #1 goal is getting you back to the activities that you enjoy doing. Would highly recommend!

  Working with Sam Gillespie was a great experience for me. When we first met, my shoulder was in a lot of pain. After a few PT appointments, I was pain free and moving around around a lot better. He showed me lot of new exercises that I can do on my own and he also sent me videos of the exercises as a reminder. Thanks Sam!!
