I cannot say enough good things about Deb! I have worked with her for a few years, and she has always been a calm, thoughtful, empathetic voice of reason. She is direct in her communication style, and even when she's telling you things maybe you don't want to hear, you know that she's firmly in your corner. Since working with her, I've seen immense change and personal growth. I feel confident recommending Deb to friends, family, and now, Google folks! If you are looking to really put in the "the work" to make change, identify and understand unresolved problems or issues, Deb is absolutely the right therapist for you.

Before seeing Deb, I did not know that real change was possible. It is!
When you have support from Deb, therapy is awesome. Her approach includes talk therapy and physical grounding. Because of my childhood trauma, I don't think I had ever truly lived in my body and was not aware how much fear ruled over my everyday life. Deb is also skilled with "brain-spotting" which truly freed me from fear and old negative behaviors. I am grateful for Deb and her process.

Deb has direct communication style and is a keen listener. She encourages you to ask yourself the hard questions. She nurtures growth, is empathetic, and has a great sense of humor. I couldn’t have asked for a more sharp or intuitive therapist.

After a grueling year and a half working in live action film, I was exhausted and depressed. I was also 24 and ashamed to admit that I felt tired, in any fashion, before 30. I had a lot of baggage that had piled up over the past year, and even more from childhood I’d yet to ever touch.

Throughout the past year of my time with Deb, I’ve found a peace, clarity, and acceptance of myself within my own life that once felt impossible to achieve. Furthermore, I truly believe she could help any individual find their version of this, so long as they’re willing to put in the effort themselves (therapy always takes effort!). Throughout my childhood and young adulthood I’ve seen many therapists, but she is easily the most present and compassionate listener of them all.

Deb is a deeply kind individual who happens to also be a brilliant and multi-faceted therapist. She never fails to remind me that while she’s the therapist, I’m the one making the change and progress. For so long, I was solely concerned with where I’ve been and might be going. Today, I finally feel like I can focus on where I am. This, as we all know, is often a big piece of the puzzle. I am beyond grateful for Deb’s guidance, and highly recommend her to anyone looking to talk to not just a talented and thoughtful therapist, but a genuinely kind human being.
