(June 14, 2020, 11:27 am)Just had an amazing experience getting a storage unit from Metro Self Storage. The customer service Wanda provided was top notch. She made sure I had enough space for what I needed and inspected the unit herself. I would recommend to anyone!!!

This place is the best "bang-for-your-buck"! The facility is outstanding, it is clean, and the pricing is more than fair. My fiance and I had a more than pleasant experience working with these folks. And Mary is a GODSEND among property managers. Simply outstanding. Please, do yourself a favor, stop by -you'll be glad you did.

I had an outside unit here and the climate control was not that good. When I told her about that, she handled it with care. The Metro Storage Company should be grateful to have her on their team. The storage unit was very clean! I brought a broom to sweep it when arriving, but there was nothing to sweep.
Mary in the front office was so helpful and great! Mary called me within moments of applying for a unit online, and I was surprised she was at the location to explain everything specific to that location! Onsite she was patient, kind, friendly, and personable! She walked me to my unit, and made me feel comfortable with the layout. When we were moving my things out, she helped us navigate the best way to pack our truck. She was incredible, and the company is so lucky to have her there!! She really made the experience great!
