  Dr. Dillon and her staff are a pleasure to work with! They are personable and friendly and I always look forward to my visits. In addition, their office is clean and presentable every time I go there. I love how the waiting room has a nice homey touch to it. Keep up the great work! D.S. is the best in Decatur!

  Always nice and friendly! Great service! They always give you a full explanation of what’s going on. I never leave with any questions. I love that they (the staff) all take precautions during this Covid-19 era. I just wish the patients did the same...

  I haven't enjoyed coming to the dentist this much since I was a kid. After a couple of dreadful experiences with dentists who were rough, rude, and straight up wrong, working with Dr. Dillon and her team was an absolute dream. It's clear that Decatur Smiles values atmosphere and bedside manner as much as quality dentistry, which is so refreshing. I always end up laughing and chatting with the people who work here, and it never feels forced or awkward. I also really appreciate that Dr. Dillon explains to me not only what she is doing while she is working on my teeth, but also why. She shared information about research she had done related to my specific case, which made me feel that I was in capable hands and also that she respected me enough to understand what she was doing. I'll never forget it. There's a saying -- "If you can't explain something simply, you don't understand it well enough." So many medical professionals condescend to their clients and patients. They may think this gives them authority, but it's actually the opposite, and I think Dr. Dillon is a perfect example of someone doing it right.

  I have been seeing Dr Dillon for several years at Horizon Dental, so I knew what to expect: confidence, professionalism, and efficiency. She did not disappoint this time. The hygenist who cleaned my teeth (I think her name is Jane?) was excellent. She explained everything she did and she was also very gentle. Very good experience.

  Great people, great technology and amazing results ! Today was my best dentist experience ever. I was comfortable through the entire appointment. Best of all, they were very clear and thorough about what I can do to maintain healthy teeth. That was most impressive. I feel like Decatur Smiles is my partner in lifelong dental health !
