(January 21, 2019, 2:29 pm)An old school feel with some great people, I really enjoy my membership here. It's extremely convenient for me and is never crowded in the morning. The crowd is on the older side, but that's what I like about it. No egos, and the amenities are nice- lap pool, sauna, whirlpool, new locker room.
(November 15, 2018, 6:11 am)I took the High Fitness class here, which I love! The instructor was fantastic, had amazing energy and stamina. It is $10 per class 👎🏻, and I fell I love too far away to become a member. Otherwise it was a great experience.
