Naoto and team were great! Naoto called several times to provide updates on when my tires would arrive since they were coming from the east coast. great customer service and fast!

Our family was rushing to get to a cruise and our tire light came on we had a nail in our tire. We knew by the time we got back our tire would be flat. We pulled in to discount tire! Explain the our situation they were so helpful and understanding. They had all their bays full but started to work on our car outside one of the bays so they could get us on our way. It is rare to find a place that cares about people it show that staff and management are good people.

Made an appt same day, and they were able to fix my tire with in an hour. (Picked up a nail in work parking lot)
They were so busy, and short staffed, yet all were helpful and kind. Service took a shorter amount of time than they had anticipated. These guys are hustling and great customer service! Thank you!

Discount Tire ordered tires for my wife's 4Runner on Thursday, then had them Friday. They even fit us in for a Saturday install! Professional folks, who know their stuff. What great serivce they provided us.
