The Reserve Apartment Homes

I've lived at previous apartments where I avoided going to the front office because they always had a nasty attitude and acted like you were bothering them. The staff here at The Reserve is so nice and friendly. Even though we all have to wear a mask during these perilous times, you can just hear the smiles in their voices. It's like a breath of fresh air! Herbert, Sandra, and Shiree keep up the good work! It is much appreciated!

I met Ms.Sandra in June.2020 when I moved in my apartment!! She was fairly new but I loved her personality! After we finished up my paperwork to move in. Sandra gave me a gift bag along with a card that said “Congratulations on your new home” That meant a lot to me and let me know she really cared about her job & her tenants!! Thank you Ms.Sandra for being the beautiful person you are!! God bless you!!

I just recently move in and from the time i called Mrs. Sandra Bedgood my experience with apartment looking was difficult.The Common courtesy of getting my information and responding back was great. Mrs Bedgood stay on top of letting me know when i can moved and the process of The Reserve Apartment obligation to moved in.Being A Retired Army Soldier i definetly will let my Battle Buddies know of my Experience with Mrs.Sandra Bedgood and the Reserve Apartment.

First off let me start by saying I did extensive research and read all the bad reviews about maintenance but I decided to give this complex a chance anyway. I was referred to Shiree and she didn't disappoint. She's kind and you can tell she cares about what she does. I'm happy my experience was stress free and breezy especially during this crazy time. I love my apartment and so far I have no regrets. I will write another update in a few months.
