  I bought my 2021 Kia Seltos new in March 2020. Nalley Kia has gone above and beyond to ensure that my car care needs are being met. I bought a car care package on the date of purchase and all of my maintenance needs are handled with no out-of-pocket costs for 3 years. The staff ensures that I'm satisfied with the service. If there ever is any issue, they fix it right away. I also bought a 2014 Kia Soul for my daughter from another dealership and Nalley services this car, as well. They always keep my up-to-date on any active recalls of my cars. Maintenance usually doesn't take as long as I anticipate. They are thorough and so very friendly. My relationship with the dealership has continued well beyond the car-buying experience. I'm grateful I got my car here because I can trust them to take care of any of my needs or concerns. I would recommend Nalley Kia to anyone looking for a reliable car and wonderful customer service. Thanks, Nalley!!!

  I love the service department! I've been taking my car here for 2 years. The staff is friendly! My service advisor let me know when there was a recall on my car and the issue was fixed same day. I love that I get an email with my inspection and I can choose if I want a service that was recommended. I like that I can schedule my appointment online. They always help me maintain my vehicle and if it's some issue that I don't know because I'm not a mechanic they explain it to me to where I can understand!

  Nalley Kia treated me like royalty from start to finish. My Nalley Rep gave me the best care. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and works excellently to make me all around satisfied. The staff was determined to do a tremendous good job too. I am so satisfied with the service I call it my Good News Day! Thank you Nalley Kia for your Superb workers. I appreciate you.

  The call center did not detail my issue accurately and therefore the service time allotted was not enough for what needed to be done.
  I was willing to wait the extra time and thankfully it didn’t take as long as expected.
  The service staff was attentive and gave me regular updates.
  Overall with some patience and the ability to get some personal work stuff done during this time. My experience was very pleasant.
  I have used this dealership for over 15 years. Bought 4 cars and I am happy with my service. Glad they are back to opening appointments online.
