If I had the opportunity I would rate it Zero star... I had 3 pick up orders that I received text message and email which all ready to pick up, and when I went there one of the orders was not ready who I kept waiting for more than 15 minutes with 2 rude agents who asked me to go and grab the dishwasher soap from the store shelf’s without matching the price 😂 😂 even the difference was $0.50 and this was the order number 203586015083 please educate and train both of them how to deal with the customer who already had a bad experience instead of making the customer upset for $0.50....
I changed the rating to 5 stars after I picked it up my item Today from same location and the store manger who called me and promised me that he would train his employees and that happens based of my visit. Thanks,

I liked it because I needed to buy some thing to wash my face
I had an exceptional experience with the pharmacy staff. Their customer service was the best I've ever received. I had to go to a new opthamologist for a very bad and painful eye infection but received horrible service but was able to get a prescription. As soon as we dropped off the prescription Mia noticed right away the dosage instructions were missing and tried calling the doctor but couldn't reach them. Both Mia and Ivan continued to call over the next couple of days without any response from the doctor's office. I called the doctor's office and was told that the pharmacy will need to call again because they don't call the pharmacies and was very rude. I called Mia and informed her of what was said and she called back again.She finally got a hold of the office manager and also advocated on my behalf regarding the misinformation regarding their procedures with the pharmacy and the unprofessional way they handled my care especially since I was in pain. She also was able to speak with the doctor, got the prescription information and recommended the doctor prescribe some drops for me. This whole ordeal took 3 painful days for me. I am so thankful for everything Mia and Ivana did for me. They really cared, showed compassion, were professional and displayed exceptional service. I honestly can't thank them enough.
