Opened an account recently. Joe is friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly. I enjoyed the experience. The teller, Ana, was also very nice and friendly and handled my transaction quickly and efficiently. The office is very clean.
The stanchions (line posts) have been removed so the line formation was a bit confusing and a customer just walked up to the teller from the counter after filling out their forms and cut in front of me. The teller did recognize it. I could tell by the look on her face. The customer was older, but I'm positive she saw me standing there waiting to be called and walked up anyways. I let it go. I was happy to have Ana assist me.
Everyone in the office was friendly and greeted me.

Mrs Nguyen is very patient, understanding of one's needs. She'll explain everything to you about your account & if you are not tech savvy she'll help with that too. Plus she knows a lot about the good credit card deals.

Always friendly and helpful. My friends tease me that I still go to the bank. I tell them I love my bank. The manager even called me to check to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything.
