I had the pleasure of working with Brittany Durr. I was a little skeptical coming in because I had never visited the area before. I decided to do the tour anyway and I’m so glad that I did! Today is the day that I sign my lease for my apartment and I couldn’t be happier! Brittany was very professional and personal and she answered every question that I had! If she didn’t know the answer she surely found it out from management and got back to me in a timely fashion. She also had a lot of patience with me and the process because it has been a long one. I can’t wait to see what my new place has in store!

Brittany is awesome and prompt with everything. Usually moving would normally be a headache, she made the process stress free thanks.

Great environment, awesome staff I definitely recommend this apartment complex. Bryan is an amazing employee speaking with him and meeting him in person. He directed the tour very well and provided me with all the information that I needed about the apartment. He's the best.

From the time I viewed the property with Bryan to this very moment, I could not be more pleased with Ashland Lakeview. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It seems that the staff go above and beyond to make you feel like you are getting your money's worth. I was utterly impressed!

My leasing experience was wonderful! I just recently signed a lease with Mr. Corey and he was incredibly professional, from start to finish. The information for pricing was given to me accurately and every step that I needed to complete before move-in was given to me before hand, in a timely manner. This move needed to be quick and Mr. Corey did an amazing job getting me moved-in in less than a week. I did an initial viewing of the unit I would actually move in to, instead of a staged unit. That was nice! I also did a final walk-thru with Mr. Corey and he reviewed the entire lease with me in detail before signing. This was definitely a great experience. So far the neighborhood is quite and clean. I really appreciate all they have done and would recommend this place to anyone. Its nice to know that great customer service still exists.
