“I must say the way Mami, her mom and the staff Cared for my daddy! I will forever be grateful for them! He wasn’t just a resident to them! He was family and they treated us as such also! They loved my daddy to life and it showed! My brother and I live and Cincinnati l, and we’re not able to come on and down the road to see my our fathers as much as we would have liked. Mami made sure we could call anytime! We could FaceTime visit and when were in town, we could visit even after hours. They have a heart for this! “Rosemont is a great place to entrust your loved ones. My first impressions of Rosemont were not good at all. My mom was in chronic pain, and it seemed to me they were doing very little to ease her pain. I may have even been a little aggressive with some of the workers there with what I perceived as a lack of care on their part. However, as time passed, I realized there was so much that I did not understand about my mom’s care and the staff was in fact doing their jobs quite well despite my constant questioning of their competency. My mom’s pain could not be totally relieved due to its nature and at that time the best that could be hoped for was to manage the pain and give medication in a timely manner to achieve this. That process unfortunately takes time to diagnosis and then prescribe a treatment plan, and this is exactly what they were doing. After spending some time at Rosemont and gaining an understanding of what they were doing I found them to be totally professionals and a very caring staff. From the director to the head nurse, to the nurses, to the social workers, to the physical therapist and yes even the janitorial staff were very pleasant, competent, and caring people. Of course, like any facility there are a few bad apples, but I did not let that detract from my overall opinion of this facility. I found my true issue with Rosemont in the beginning was watching my mom suffer in acute pain and seeing very little be done. The real problem was I didn’t know how medicine and treatment works and some things just take time. I would recommend Rosemont at Stone Mountain because they are simply one of the best around!”

The staff is efficient and professional, and friendly . They don’t hesitate to make you feel comfortable while you wait for your appointment . Overall I’d definitely recommend giving iCan!
