“Due to me being out of state, for the first time ever (and most likely the last time) I bought a vehicle sight unseen. I had every intention of flying out to see the vehicle but due to the pandemic I wanted to be cautious and decided not to fly out at the very last minute. Benjamin was my sales rep and was extremely responsive during the whole process. He answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns and even gave advice/tips on some things like where to get another key fob programmed as the vehicle I purchased didn't include one. There were some minor things that weren't brought to my attention like the hairline cracks in the windshield that were clearly visible. I feel like that should have been mentioned amoust one other small minor issue that the dealer truly may not have known but was a low cost easy fix. I took away a star for the windshield. I had the vehicle transported to me by a third party that I hired who inspected and took pictures of the vehicle at pickup. Transport driver was able to confirm the hairline crack didn't occur during transport. Overall, the vehicle runs strong and interior was very clean and in great shape as well as the exterior. I am overjoyed with my new vehicle, I absolutely love it. Thank you Benjamin for your patience and helping to make the deal happen despite me being out of state.”

One day there was a system upgrade done during normal business hours and I couldn't get through on the phone to talk to anyone at all, which was very frustrating.
