(February 10, 2022, 1:12 pm)I was helped by Ms. Diamond who provided outstanding service. I needed to get my key fobs batteries replaced and they closed at 4pm. I had called at 340pm. I got to service desk at 410pm, Ms. Diamond was still there with a smile when I know she could have closed the shop. She also installed both batteries in a snap. She went above and beyond and I just want to let her know how appreciative I am for that. Thanks!
