Huge store with an incredible inventory. The prices were good too. Clean, bright, and organized. Dalis and Mike were very helpful.

Great selection. For the most part the customer service is great. Where things lack is at the pro desk or getting help with a large purchase. I still feel safe sending my clients there on a regular basis though.

My wife and I went there this evening to look at potential tile for a kitchen backsplash. While searching, we had the pleasure of Sebastian helping us. We told him neither of us knew anything about tiling and he was more than willing to assist us. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the store and the best way to install our backsplash. Sebastian left a great impression with us and we will be back.

We went into Floor and Decor and had a great experience! With the many struggles of getting products, Floor and Decor went above and beyond helping us with issues we were having getting flooring quickly to get our forever home completed! Heather, Ben, Hayley, and Chez went together as a team for us! They went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this store! We are super happy with our flooring choice and service! Thank you to this entire team for making this a great experience!

The best tiling store I've been to. I'm renovating our master bathroom and they have the perfect material for it. Great experience every time.
