“Today was my first visit to the office a s a new patient and I was there for my annual well visit. The office is clean, inviting and they even play smooth jazz music. The receptionist was very attentive and provided all the documents required for me to complete before being seen. I had the typical wait time but once I was called back the nurse took my vitals and confirmed the information I entered on the paperwork. I also taken over to the lab and the phlebotomist did an excellent job drawing my blood. The Dr. Johnson was also very attentive and answered all my questions.”

“I’ve been going here for years. Like any business there’s a bit of churn and I’ve had good experiences and bad experiences. For example I’m just now finding out at an appointment for my son to get his cavities filled that he has an infection. My twelve year old said “the man” told her to tell me. After every appointment you are usually updated with information and my four year old having an infection should have been on the agenda. Other than this HUGE oversight the communication once an appointment is set is pretty good. Sometimes they are a little hard to get on the phone but I am thankful for longtime employees like Lisa❤️who can solve any problem that may arise.”
