The last time I’ve seen this kind of customer service in a pharmacy was 37 years ago when I was living in Kentucky and utilizing a “Mom and Pop, Country” Pharmacy! I really appreciate their courtesy, care and respect. I spend a lot of my life, at this point, in Medical Offices (which I absolutely hate) and they try very hard to minimize my time waiting, and if I do, making me feel like I have been a longtime friend so I don’t feel like I’m in a cold, sterile environment! “This is a real review written from my hospital bed: I was referred to Dr. Rita Sharma, by my PCP, due to fibroids. At that time I was anemic with severely low hemoglobin levels. I struggled with this issue for over 12 years, but that all ended the moment I walked into her practice. Within 8 weeks Dr. Sharma was able to get my hemoglobin levels up, provide ongoing treatment, and personally perform a laparoscopic hysterectomy. This woman literally saved my life! She was hands-on, efficient, informative, thorough, and her bedside manner was nothing short of amazing. I cannot thank her enough for putting a permanent end to long-term suffering that a silently endured for years. She actually cares about your treatment and recovery and I am forever indebted to her. “By far, One of the best facilities I’ve visited over the past few years in the Atlanta Metro Area!!! The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I was scheduled for a consultation meeting and was greeted with such amazing hospitality, their staff made me feel as if I was a frequent guest or family member of a valued resident. While waiting on the meeting I could not help, but notice the cleanliness of the facility and the detailed care the staff was taking for each and every resident. Also, I was able to observe the Executive Director of the facility, Rubyona, stop our meeting to care for and meet the needs for one of her residents who was having a rough day. Due to that servant leadership and compassion displayed by the ED, I would recommend Brighton Gardens of Dunwoody because under that type of leadership I am certain that my friends, family and other loved ones will be cared for better then any other facility in the area.”

“After using the Pharmacy at Walmart and experiencing the same frustrations reported by others, I think I've figured out a way to make it less painful. The key is going within 1-2 hr of their opening and closing time (the pharmacy, not Walmart as a whole). There is usually no line at those times. If I have a lot of shopping to do and they can fill it in "30 min", I will pick it up that day. Otherwise, it is easier just to come back later so I am sure it will be ready when I am. The most important thing is to go during non-peak hours when ever possible. If I see 12 people waiting in line, I just turn around and come back another time.”
