“I enjoy living at 10 Perimeter Park. I have lived here for over a year and the property is always well kept. I live right by the pool and still never hear a lot of noise. I feel safe. Clubhouse is perfect for working from home. Gym is 24 hours and the staff hosts great events. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that my rent only increased by a very small amount when I renewed my lease. Would highly recommend.”
