“I must say this practice is phenomenal. I have been to other Psychology offices that was good but this one in particular blew me away. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. I could feel their great energy from the moment I walked into the door; it was commendable. The wait was impressive as I know these types of appointment take time due to the nature of what the doctors have to balance day to day. I was ready to sit in the lobby for hours but surprisingly I was pulled back in a reasonable time. After my great experience with the front office staff I was sure that the therapist would be just okay however when I got to the back my expectations were incomparable. Pam Gibbs rocked. I felt so at easy after my session. She was magnificent! Her ability to listen and share was so comforting. I truly appreciated her knowledge and expertise. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience at Healthy Minds Psychology. I highly recommend this practice. No practice is perfect but this one has way more pros than cons.”

Diagnosed and repaired the first sink, and then addressed another issue and installed broken stoppers in our sink (when every other company I've called has said we could find them ourselves and refused to help), and even took a quick look at our hot water heater to let us know what model it was. I love that they wore masks and booties unprompted. Also dispatchers are super pleasant and efficient. Best service in Atlanta.”

I recently ordered some items online,and once I received them and opened the box, I noticed some of the black soap had leaked inside the box! I was little disappointed by the fact that whoever packaged the item,they didn't make sure the top was tightened good enough before they shipped it off. It was very thoughtful of them,to give me free sample of the Pineapple Shea butter,which smelled AMAZING by the way.”

“I left a star out because of how rude people that are working in check out can be. When I checked in, the woman was really nice. But then it was time to check out and Christine/Christy (can't remember what her name exactly was) seemed extremely rude and cold. There was 0 energy from her and her tone just came off as rude. She really seemed like she hated her job and I honestly didn't even want to talk to her anymore. If you're not going to be nice and somewhat energetic with the patients, why are you working at a medical office? I hated her, and I honestly hope I don't see her again. ------- Dr. Gopal was great and asked me multiple questions so she could know what was going on with me. I've been dealing with GI issues that happened out of no where since August 2020 and I've been suffering since. I was tested positive with H. Pylori (my primary doctor was taking care of me for this) and once we went through 2 weeks of treatment, we re-took the test and saw that it was negative, yet I was still having a bad case of nausea/vomiting a week after the test was negative. She eventually referred me to Dr. Gopal to do an endoscopy and see what's going on. I'll update my review once I have that procedure done, but overall my first visit was great and it seemed like Dr. Gopal was really listening to me.”
