“Great experience working with Neal. After difficulties with the power company being unwilling to turn my power back on after a storm, Neal came in and provided the fix same day, was up to all standards and provided the power co the level of comfort needed to bring the power back on for my wife and I. Neal was professional, timely, and new what was needed to get the job done. Would have likely had to go to a hotel if it wasn’t for Neal due to temperatures dropping and our power having been off for multiple days. “Stopped in for a Blooming Onion and wings at the bar. Met one of the fastest bartenders we have every seen. Very friendly and came from Jefferson Ohio where my grandfather in about 1908 was the supervising engineer of a new water tower. What a great wait crew. We watched them from our vantage point at the bar and they worked together like a finely tuned machine. We even had a visit from Santa Clause and Mrs Clause handing out candy canes.”
