These guys are fantastic! The service writer really knows their stuff and can pass the most convoluted requests to the techs with ease. The techs themselves are highly skilled and very competent, and if asked will gladly tell you about what they've been doing with your vehicle.

In particular I appreciated the honesty and transparency of these guys. I needed a bolt replaced during an alignment, and it was just an extra $50 to get it on there. Most shops I've gone to in the past would just put the bolt on and let me find out when I got my bill, but these folks called me to make sure I was down first! Other times I've brought in vehicles with unusual requests, and when they weren't able to complete the work to a satisfactory degree they refused to take my money. I'd never seen a shop say "no" to my payment after they've been putting in hours! When that happened I knew I'd found my new go-to shop.

Their shop is always busy and it's clear why - I certainly am not gonna take my cars elsewhere either.

THE BEST SHOP FOR ALL AROUND REPAIR IN DOUGLASVILLE!! Everytime I am in a jam! They are always in my corner!! I love the prices, mechanics, and THE FRONT DESK ESPECIALLY!!! They give updates and answer the phone EVERY TIME! Love these guys/gals! Only place A Veteran And A Truck equipment goes… They even did maintenance on my trailer!

First time customer, I was looking for a shop that could do an alignment on my modified foxbody mustang they got it done with no problem and quickly. Very happy first time customer I will return.
