I visited Chapel Hill Family Dentistry due to an emergency with my bridge. The service I received was absolutely amazing. Dr. James and his wonderful Assistant showed care beyond what I've ever experienced. They were so patient and kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt assured that they could help me and I was able to relax knowing I was under the best care possible. They quickly came up with a short and long term plan to care for my oral needs, as they are many. This dental establishment is a gift to the community. Dr. James is phenomenal. The Dental Assistant that cared for me was experienced (30yrs.) and it showed in all she did. She was a driving force in getting through what I consider a complete disaster. The entire time she only cared about not causing me any pain or undue stress. Just amazing! Again both there doctor and Assistant had the absolutely best bedside manner and I can see why this Dentistry is the best in the industry. I have a long road ahead to full recovery and better dental conditioning but I'm happy for the journey. I won't be going alone and I've got the industries best leading the way. Thank you all! This dentist is wonderful. Dr. James and the staff are so nice. I even accidentally overpaid them $100 in cash and they gave it back.

I love everyone who works at this office! Every time I go in I have a pain free, full of smiles experience. Last month I got five fillings. After my medicine wore off I went about my day. They take care of my teeth and the entire staff is so in tune with my needs.
