Chris and his team are very knowledgeable and have worked on my f150 several times. They just put a new jasper motor in my truck. Evey time they work on my truck it works GREAT ..no problems. I recommend them to my friends. If you have to wait a little bit, it's well worth it because it will be fixed RIGHT.
Great service very knowledgeable any all types of trucks and equipment
Very professional service for averyone at the shop, very honest diagnostics, honest and good solutions in order to give clients an affordable price and good quality of work. I am so thankful I got my truck into good hands. In other words, a well done job based on my own experience.
I called about some brake work needed for my 2002 RV on an E450 Ford chassis. The previous owner had said he put new pads on the front and thought the grinding noise was because the rotors needed turning. I had decided to just put new rotors on. I called CTR and the gentleman who answered the phone listened to my issue, then explained the estimated cost, in labor, to R&R the front rotors (which would be required whether they needed turned or replaced). I called on a Thursday and he said they could start the following Tuesday. I dropped RV off Tuesday, he called Wednesday and said that the grinding was from right rear, “metal on metal.” I ended up having an entire brake job done, front and back, plus replacing all brake hoses and new fluid. He established that initial rapport with me on the phone by taking a the three minutes to listen to my problem, then did his best to give me some idea of cost and time frame for repair. Contrast this approach to that of the RV repair shop I called first, which (a) did not return my phone message in a timely manner, and then (b) when I called back, acted like he was too busy to talk to me, refused to give any kind of ballpark estimate at all, and told me to bring the RV to him in two weeks. So Clinton’s was friendly, professional, and I can confidently take my RV on the road now without having to worry about brake issues. Very pleased with Clinton’s.
