“When I first looked up this place, I saw a lot of bad reviews and comments about John. All I can say is that he treated me with nothing but kindness, honesty, and professionalism. He even told me about an online coupon so I could get a discount on my inspection! The only negative in my whole experience was that they closed a few minutes early the day I came to pick up my vehicle, so I had to wait until the next day to get it. But that was mostly on me for showing up so close to the time they closed. Otherwise, everything was perfect! They told me that my transmission was shot, and the cost of the repair would have been more than the car was worth. They could have made some serious money off of me, but they chose honesty. A few days later, I brought a used car to them for an inspection, which helped me make the decision to purchase it. Both interactions with them were wonderful, and John took great care of me. Between both visits, I spent less than $25. I couldn't recommend them more! And I am truly thankful for the service John provided. Don't always trust what the reviews say, especially since most people who take the time to write a review are the unhappy ones, as satisfied people don't have a bone to pick.
