Appointments are handled promptly. Dr. An does a great job checking and questioning to determine if I have any problems. His treatment removes any wax and I have had no problems since he treated me the first time. I am very grateful for his care.

Dr. An was great, although he talked over us when we were trying to explain the problem. He was very thorough in his exam, and solved the problem in a single visit. My only criticism would be that he should slow down a bit and let the patient speak so he doesn't come across as dismissive. We're still very happy with the service and will return if future issues arise.

I like the fact that appointments are easy to make, waiting room time is minimal and Dr. An is friendly and takes care of all my needs. The staff is very friendly and professional and they work quickly to help you. Thank you to everyone!

Dr. An and his staff are very professional, friendly and courteous. Wait time is very minimal compared to other Dr's I've been to. I feel my health-care is important and addressed by Dr.An. Thank you!
