We were in for throat swelling of my 87 year old mother. Dr Brathwaite took time to ask questions to clarify her symptoms, clearly explained each step of what she was doing and why. She was patient, kind, thorough, and very caring. Even though we asked a lot of questions, she explained her answers multiple times and did not get upset at all. She genuinely cares.
