Richard Taylor has been my exterminator for 7+ years. I met him when he was servicing a business I worked at and I’ve taken this company with me at every place I’ve lived since then. He’s been with me from every apartment I’ve had up to my first house that I just finished renovating. He’s so professional, extremely friendly and I feel like we have become family over the years. I appreciate this being a family owned company because you certainly feel the difference between them and a nationwide chain.
