Compared to all of my previous car-purchasing experiences, this has definitely been the smoothest and simplest. He helped us find the exact car we want, had all the enormous load of paperwork that comes with buying a new car prepared before I went to pay and pick up the car. James was extremely knowledgeable about cars and could discuss and negotiate with the dealer about all aspects of the purchasing process. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking to buy a car. He is by far the best car broker I’ve ever had.
