Walmart Health

Nurse Lucy is herself and wonderful. Dr. Precious goes out of her way to take care of patients. I love this place. . I will come here from now on. Also...the lady at the front desk is very sweet...didnt get her name.

I love the directness and honesty of the nurses and medical staff there. Nurse Latonya… I hope I got the name correct… anyway she was the prep nurse prior to my seeing the Nurse Practitioner, Precious. I am telling many who need health care and can’t afford it even with their insurance “coverage” to consider going to a Walmart health care center. I got my consultation, annual physical and lab work at a very affordable price. The coolest thing is I do not have to look for a surprise Bill in the Mail telling me my portion of the cost to cover out of pocket. I’m free from additional bills. Tell friends and family to get with the program and get their health on track at an affordable price. Dental and vision and mental health counseling available too

I think Walmart Health is a great resource for those who do not have health insurance or can't afford health care under their current insurance plan. I went for a regular check-up and general labs the cost was inexpensive. The care of the staff was great. I attempted to return to the same location and the telephone communication was awful - that is the reason for the 4 stars. It was a long hold time; I got disconnected after being on hold for awhile. The Doctor left me in the room and no one returned to the room. I felt rushed and if the doctor was attempting to make money off of me by recommending lab work. I had to call for my lab results after several weeks. I am not sure what happened, but it was a drastic change from my first visit and encounter. I would still recommend Walmart Health. The clinic was clean and I believe the quality of medical care is above standard; just have an ideal of what type of service you need and what type of customer service to expect.
