I visited Vic's for the first time a week before he scheduled my appointment.
I arrived a day early to make sure my vehicle was in his shop as schedule.
Vic called me on the same morning my vehicle was scheduled to be worked on, with the informations that I needed to make a decision on how I wanted to proceed. I approved of his assessment and by noon the same day my vehicle was ready for pickup. This is one the best experiences that I have encountered. with any automotive repair shop anywhere.

I highly recommend Vic's Auto. Extremely professional individuals, and shop as a whole. I brought my Jeep in almost a year ago for a 2nd opinion, and because of the upmost respectful, and honest service I will continue to bring my vehicles here.

When the injectors on my diesel truck went bad, several of my coworkers recommended Vic. So I took my truck in. Excellent communication, quality of work, and professionalism. Vic and his crew kept me in the loop and had the work done in a timely manner. I’ve since taken the truck back for a different issue and was just as pleased as the first time. Quality, honest, auto repair is hard to find these days. Vic and his guys are worth their weight in gold!

I initially brought my car in for a check engine light diagnostic and coolant leak that I was told by another mechanic that I had sensor issue with my thermostat. What he quoted me was a ridiculous price.

I brought it to Vic's Auto. Not only was he able to fix my coolant leak issue but his was able to fix my check engine light problem that had been on for a couple of years. He fixed these issues reasonably. I totally recommend Vic's Auto and I will definitely be back for future work.
