I had previously gone to a different dermatologist. She was nice but there was no direct interaction with my daughter. She looked at her and just wrote a prescription. When we went to Epiphany and met Dr.Eric. It was night and day. He talked to my daughter and explained her condition and discussed preventative steps to help her. He was very thorough and detailed. My daughter was very happy and satisfied after the visit. She felt relief that her issue was finally being taken care of.

The front desk young Lady was very polite and took care of me promptly. Bridgette the nurse was excellent and very friendly. Dr. Eric was very professional and thorough and I felt he went the extra mile to make sure I was okay. He explained everything as he went along so I could understand. I felt very comfortable and would go back if I need to. Thank you for the great service I received.
