“The owner of the company personally drove one hour to get to my home. I was sold within 15 minutes of viewing his portfolio and the samples he had in his truck. Wow! We feel a lot safer in hour home. AAA Medallion Security (AAA) uses high quality materials in the construction and the workmanship is outstanding. The bar's design mirrors the existing grilles of my windows and doors; they fit perfectly. The bolts used to secure them are tamper proof and they were installed inside which protects them from the elements. Don't you know that AAA took the time to remove and reset my blinds so they remain functional? How many companies do that? The escape hatches are also a well-thought out design and come with your choice of Lexan or steel mesh. I'm not going to lie, they're not "cheap" but trust me, their product is worth every penny. If you think about your family's safety, the key is to keep the bad guys out. I no longer worry about smash & grabs, violent assaults or middle of the night abductions. I've always said, YOU CANNOT PUT A PRICE ON A PEACE OF MIND!”

I came in to make a payment and found out that the Sales representative messed up my order yesterday. (Everybody makes mistakes.) But she was very kind and patient, and that’s what I like. However, I’m so grateful for the young lady showing me what I was paying for today, had she not done that I would’ve never knew that the order was not right! I’m so thankful for that. I would of been so disappointed if they order the wrong thing, and had to start over. Nice and clean place. Beautiful furniture I would say affordable! My opinion! They do have layaway! They don’t deliver but they do have a list of delivery services for you. I notice No one had on mask tho. But I had mine on.? #happy customer ?”

Not only is Dr. Dorbad great with my son, he's also been great at quelling the concerns my husband and I have had as first-time parents. Even when I've reached out with non-urgent emails (for example, asking about introducing solids, air travel with a cold, etc) he responds promptly, usually within an hour or two. “I've unfortunately had a lot of emergencies with one of my dogs since COVID started this year. It is really tough to wait in your car or at home for hours for someone to call and give you updates on your pet, but its the same situation everywhere right now and I don't fault the VCA for this. I think they are trying their best to keep up but I have been concerned once or twice about how urgently they are attending to my dog based on her condition. I've been told in the past that they will bypass the "line" in order to see/treat the very urgent cases asap but I worry that they can't always make that judgement without seeing/evaluating the pet first. Most of the staff is really nice, professional and accommodating. I have come across 2-3 techs that have been flat out rude to me on the phone, but thankfully this is not usually the case. When my dog was here for an extended stay, they let me come visit her (outside only) one day just to put my mind at ease. Usually if my dog has to spend the night I will get a picture texted to me before bed or in the morning with an update, which is greatly appreciated. Doesn't always happen right now since they are so busy though. The doctors seem very thorough in their work and I like that they usually present me with my options and let me choose what I'd like to do - ex. "we can run bloodwork and also do an ultrasound, but if the cost is too much I'd recommend starting with just the bloodwork and we'll go from there". Lately my dog has been seeing Dr. Cornetta who is very patient with me and my frantic, anxiety-ridden questions. I trust her expertise and appreciate that she's trying her best to keep me calm throughout a pretty scary diagnosis/treatment plan with my dog!”
