Excellent sales service and experience. Salesman didn't focus on one product for the item I was shopping for but presented several items and explained their purpose and benefits. Excellent job.

Why I didn't give 5 stars? Well, while walking to the register I was waved to the front by one of the cashiers. There was a cashier standing next to the gentleman assisting me. I clearly heard him say to the cashier assisting me he's definitely not in the military. I'm like well I'm not sure why you would say that (I'm a large man) but I advised him I completed 30 yrs in Law Enforcement if it makes any difference. Of course he ignored me just as much as I did with him.

Sensitivity training would suit him fine. I was in your store on the January 06, 2021 purchasing a wifi extender after 5pm.

Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond to help me. I had to pick up a huge full house for my daughter. She was with me I was worried she would see it. The 2 people up front made sure it covered and did neatly. Incredible customer service.

06 Oct 2021 I was in desperate need of help at this store. A person named Courtney assisted me. There is absolutely nothing that this person could have been able to do better with the assistance that he gave to me. Courtney was so fantastic!! He was very informative, helpful, friendly, courteous, and did not try to make me feel sad because I was not as informed as most customers. There is no way anyone could have been more helpful. Thank you Best Buy for such an awesome employee!!!
