(September 9, 2019, 4:38 pm)Through many classes including Better Bone Health, Beginning and Intermediate Circuit, Healthy Spine, Mat and Reformer, I’ve recovered posture, balance and strength that neither I or my physicians thought was possible over the last 6 years. I’ve also found relief from a couple of different chronic pain issues with the help of two different PT’s, including dry needling. This year I developed reactive airways which, amazingly, Karen and staff have helped me with starting with a package of private sessions to get me back up to speed after a 6 month absence. Prohealth is a unique approach to recovery, maintenance and wellness in a safe environment with professional oversight. I give Karen and all staff my utmost thanks and recommendation.
