(July 20, 2021, 4:20 pm)I was extremely impressed with Dr. Cranford. He took extended time to explain everything in full details. I feel I have had so much unnecessarily done at another doctor. Dr. Cranford did not suggest any further procedures, but explained several things he wants me to start doing that can help me improve. He definitely does not want his patients to be put through unnecessarily procedures. His office staff was very friendly.
