  I lived here from April 2021 thru February 2023. I loved living here. From the first visit to turning in my keys today, I was welcomed and treated really well. Amber, the Community Manager, Rena, Shavonne and Ashley are all amazing pros at what they do and so kind about how they do it. I travelled a lot and sometimes need them to collect my packages. It’s above and beyond kind of service and they did it without hesitation. Extraordinary service seems like a dying art, but not here, and certainly not these women. I’ll miss this community and these people. They went from people I did business with to trusted friends I appreciate. When all things are equal it’s great people that make all the difference. Thank you!

  Shavonne is absolutely amazing! I had such an amazing experience with her, she was extremely helpful and understanding and I just loved working with her! If you’re thinking an renting at halcyon grand make sure you ask for her!

  A+++ for Arcesio! He came to fix my AC and was responsive and friendly. The maintenance team are quick and efficient and the office team are nothing short of amazing! Wonderful job Halcyon team. Pool and other amenities are a major plus to living here.

  I stayed here as a courtesy from one of the tenants who was out of town and what can I say it's a wonderful property luxury apartments with the beautiful pool and a nice business center which included a piano as well. This location contains all sorts of neat shops and restaurants with an outside area where everyone gathers to play games with kids or just to relax with a nice glass of wine or beer. Great for families great for singles great for couples just a great place to go and hang out when you're in Cummings Georgia.
